Changemakers - Student-Led Production House
The Changemakers Program by The Good Steward Productions is a student-led production house where students become directors, writers, actors, producers, and camera operators while creating social emotional learning skits. More than just learning film, students build communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and self-awareness skills in a safe creative space where they can share stories inspired by their own experiences and become changemakers within their school community.
8-Week Changemakers Program
Starting at $6,000
A dynamic introduction to student-led storytelling and social emotional learning through skit production. Students take on creative leadership roles such as Director, Writer, Actor, Producer, and Camera Operator while building communication, teamwork, leadership, and self-awareness skills in a safe and collaborative environment.
Includes:
8 production sessions
Covers up to two class periods per session
6–8 professionally produced SEL skits
Storytelling, acting, and production training
Collaborative scriptwriting and performance exercises
Final edited skits for school use and social media
12-Week Changemakers Program
Starting at $9,000
An immersive production experience where students strengthen their storytelling, acting, and media production skills while creating impactful SEL skits inspired by real student experiences. Students gain more hands-on production opportunities and leadership development throughout the program.
Includes:
12 production sessions
Covers up to two class periods per session
10–14 professionally produced SEL skits
Expanded production roles and leadership opportunities
Advanced storytelling and scene development
Final edited skits optimized for school platforms and social media
20-Week Changemakers Program
Starting at $15,000
A comprehensive semester-long filmmaking and storytelling program designed to fully develop student creativity, collaboration, and leadership. Students participate in advanced production planning, acting, filming, directing, and storytelling while producing a large body of SEL-focused content that reflects authentic student experiences and school culture.
Includes:
20 production sessions
Covers up to two class periods per session
18–25 professionally produced SEL skits
Advanced filmmaking and media production experience
Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution development
Final edited skits and showcase-ready content for school websites, assemblies, and social media
