Dietric Wing-Paul, Chief Steward of The Good Steward Productions
Hello! My name is Dietric Wing-Paul
I am a Christianpreneur and visual storyteller, called to capture the stories that matter—especially within schools and communities shaping the next generation.
Before founding The Good Steward Productions, I worked in both administrative and media roles at a school. I loved being in that space—serving students, supporting staff, and building community. But after being unexpectedly laid off, I found myself at a crossroads. What I thought was a setback turned out to be a divine push toward my greater purpose: documenting moments that inspire, uplift, and leave a lasting impact.
My passion for storytelling began early. I learned how to edit videos at just 14 years old, often losing track of time while creating visuals in my bedroom. I had a deep tendency to daydream, often imagining scenes and stories long before I had the tools to bring them to life. I now know that those early dreams weren’t random—they were seeds of calling.
The name “The Good Steward” is deeply rooted in the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25). In the story, the master entrusts his servants with talents—each according to their ability. The ones who multiplied what they were given were praised as “good and faithful servants.” That parable is the heartbeat of my business. I believe God has entrusted me with creative gifts—not to bury, but to multiply for His glory and the good of others.
Through this lens, my work is more than media—it's ministry. Whether I’m filming a school skit, a student-led panel, or a community event, I see every project as an opportunity to steward stories with care, excellence, and purpose.
Today, I partner with schools, nonprofits, and leaders to create intentional, high-quality visuals that reflect who they are and the impact they’re making. I don’t just shoot videos or take photos—I tell stories that make people feel seen, valued, and inspired.
